| Sprinkle protection curtains, in non toxical PVBR, type 865 |
The material used for the production of in/out sprinkle protection curtains for washing plants of industrial kitchens is an extremely versatile and highly cleanser-resistant product.
It went through many and heavy tests, showing that it does not stiffen and does not roll up, and keeps its original physical-mechanical properties unchanged.
It has been tested in contact with the fluids mentioned below, in the following steps:
1° - hot wash water, 65°C, PH12, cleansers in an average concentration of gr. 1.5 Lt, compounded of:
- sodium hydrate
- chlorine
- sodium silicate
- sequestering phosphate
- antifoaming agent
- humectant agent
and moreover:
- food remnants melted in the water
- proteins
- animal and vegetable fat
- carbohydrates
2° - hot rinse water, 85°C, with surface-active agents in an average concentration of 0.07 gr/Lt
3° - hot air having a 70°C mean temperature
Perfectly suitable for being used in contact with food-stuff.
